How it works

How a white-label partnership with Titan works

You own the client, the brand and the price. We do the work behind your name, from the NDA on day one to the monthly report your client reads as yours.

Our pledge to partners

We never contact, pitch or accept work from a partner's client.

It holds during the partnership and after it ends.

Quick answer

How does a white-label partnership with Titan work?

A US agency sells SEO, AI search optimization or web development to its own clients, and Titan Digital Marketing delivers the work under the agency's brand. Titan signs the agency's NDA, starts with a pilot project, sends white-label reports every month and never contacts the agency's clients. The agency sets the price and keeps the margin.

Process

Six steps, from first call to steady volume

  1. A 30-minute call

Services, volumes, turnaround and rates. You decide if we fit.

  2. NDA and onboarding

We sign your NDA. You send your logo, report template and staging address.

  3. A pilot project

One real client job with a fixed scope, such as a 24-hour audit or one site.

  4. Delivery under your brand

Every file, link and email carries your name. Your client never meets us.

  5. Monthly reporting

Reports with your logo every month, more often in peak weeks such as Black Friday.

  6. Steady volume

Send the next client when you are ready. Same team, same standards.

FAQ

Partnership questions

How do we start working with Titan?

A partnership with Titan Digital Marketing starts with a 30-minute call to cover the services the agency resells, typical volumes and rates. Titan then signs the agency's NDA, the agency shares its brand assets and report template, and both sides agree on a pilot project with a fixed scope and deadline.

What does onboarding need from our agency?

Titan Digital Marketing needs the agency's logo and colors for reports, any report or proposal templates it already uses, the address it wants for staging links and one contact person for briefs. With those in place, every deliverable leaves Titan looking like the agency's own work.

How do we communicate day to day?

Partner agencies brief Titan Digital Marketing by email or through their own project tool, whichever they prefer. Titan's team works on Eastern Time from Champlain, New York and Montreal, with production continuing overnight in Ras Al Khaimah. For strategy questions, agencies book a Google Meet with Director Kaan Bozoglu.

What happens if our client contacts Titan directly?

Titan Digital Marketing sends the client back to the partner agency and tells the agency about the contact the same day. Titan never pitches, quotes or accepts work from a partner's client, during the partnership or after it. That pledge protects the agency's client relationship.

How do rates work for partners?

Titan Digital Marketing does not publish partner rates, because they depend on the services, volumes and turnaround an agency needs. The agency adds its own margin and sets the client price. We go through rates and payment terms in the first 30-minute call.
