Privacy policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Titan Digital Marketing, LLC collects through titandigitalmarketing.com, why we collect it, who sees it and how you can access, correct or delete it.
Who we are
Titan Digital Marketing, LLC ("Titan", "we") runs titandigitalmarketing.com from Champlain, New York. This policy covers the site and the inquiries you send us through it, by email or by phone.
Privacy contact
Our Director, Kaan Bozoglu, handles privacy questions and requests:
- Email: info@titandigitalmarketing.com, with "Privacy" in the subject line
- Phone: +1 518 317 8290
What we collect
- Through the contact form: your name, email address, company, website, what you need, your type of business, the number of locations and your message.
- When you email or call us: the details you choose to share.
- Technical data: our web server records your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. We use these records for security and to fix errors.
We do not ask for payment details, government identification or health information on this site. Please do not send us confidential client information before we sign an NDA.
Why we collect it
- To answer your inquiry and set up a call.
- To prepare a proposal, a pilot project or the work you ask us for.
- To protect the site and the form against spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
No selling, no ad tracking
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: the pages they view, how they arrived and roughly where they are, at city level. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) that last up to 13 months, and Google processes the data on its servers. We turned off Google's advertising features and Google signals, so we do not use this data for advertising. We keep analytics data for 14 months.
To opt out, you can block cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (opens in a new tab). The site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Fonts and images load from our own server, and the contact form uses a hidden timing field to stop spam, not a cookie.
Who sees your information
- Our team: the people at Titan in Champlain, New York, in Montreal, Canada and in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE who need it to answer you or deliver the work.
- Our hosting provider: the company that runs our web and email servers. It processes the information only on our instructions.
- Google: Google processes usage data for us as our analytics provider.
- A local services partner: if your request suits a partner that delivers local services better than we do, we may share your name, business name, contact details, request and website with that partner so it can contact you. The partner may use this information only to answer your request. If you prefer that we do not share it, say so in your message or write to us at any time.
- Authorities: when the law requires it.
Members of our team work in Canada and the United Arab Emirates, so they may access your information from outside the United States. We bind everyone involved to written confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then we delete them.
- Client and partner records: for the length of the relationship, plus the period that tax and accounting laws require.
- Server records: up to 12 months.
How we protect it
The site runs on HTTPS. We store form submissions outside the public web folders, limit access to the people who need it and protect our accounts with strong passwords. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law of your state requires.
Your rights
Depending on the state you live in, the law may give you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it and to delete it. We honor these requests from every visitor, whatever state you live in.
Send your request to the privacy contact above. We answer within 30 days, at no cost to you, and we never treat you differently for making a request. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. You can also name an authorized agent to make a request for you.
Emails from us
We email you to answer your inquiry and about the work you ask for. We do not add you to a mailing list. If we ever send newsletters or offers, every message will identify us, include our postal address and give you a working way to unsubscribe, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires.
Children
This site serves businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you before it applies.
