About these terms

Titan Digital Marketing, LLC ("Titan", "we") runs titandigitalmarketing.com from Champlain, New York. When you use the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Information, not advice

The site explains our services and how we work. It gives general information, not legal, financial or technical advice for your situation. The results we show come from real Google Search Console and GA4 dashboards, with names blurred. Past results show what we have done, not a promise of what any one project will achieve. Nobody controls how Google or an AI assistant ranks a page, and we do not guarantee rankings.

Our services run under a separate agreement

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell at a set price. When you work with us, a written proposal, NDA or service agreement sets the scope, fees, deadlines, ownership of the work and other terms. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Our content

The text, design, code, helmet logo, screenshots and other content on the site belong to Titan Digital Marketing, LLC or appear with permission. The names Titan Digital Marketing and Four Rings identify our company and our methods. You may link to any page and quote short passages with credit to us. Please ask before you copy anything else.

Using the site fairly

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• send spam, false information or someone else's details through the contact form;
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or its servers;
• copy the site's content in bulk with automated tools;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to sites we do not control, such as LinkedIn or a government privacy office. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date.
